I recently stayed at the Quality Hotel in Erlangen for a couple of nights during a business trip. The hotel provided everything I needed, including secure underground parking and reasonably priced mini bar. The staff were very accommodating, switching to English when they realized I didn't speak German well. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the town center.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Employees responsiveness to hotel guests, at the reception the staff gave us tips for finding good restaurant nearby. In the restaurant we also reserved a place outside. Very friendly staff.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding! There was an extensive variety of options, from hot dishes to fresh fruit and yogurt, all of high quality. the staff was welcoming and accommodating, making sure to answer all of our questions and offer advice on local attractions. the location of the hotel was also ideal, situated close to public transportation and within walking distance of many popular shops and restaurants.

Our room was a bit cramped and did not offer enough space for our luggage. the cost of some services, such as laundry, was quite steep.

Breakfast is great, different kinds of bread, raw vegetables, just everything there...

I recently stayed at a hotel in Erlangen and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, going above and beyond to assist guests. The rooms were spacious and had very comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided was also quite satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from.

My stay at this hotel was all right and there is nothing major that I believe could be improved.

the position of the hotel being just off the motorway and it was easy enough to walk into town.

free internet is restricted to 1 hour per day and charges then apply, parking costs Euro 6/night and I found the bed in the 1st room very soft. Subsequently, I was offered an alternative room on the 4th floor which was great.

The hotel’s location is the perfect spot to stay in, with many shops and restaurants in a short walking distance from the city center. You'll easily be able to tour all the city's beautiful sights. the rooms are decorated nicely, the beds are big and comfy, and the showers are hot, with good water pressure. the staff are very friendly and helpful, it's easy to feel at home.

There is no common space, so you won't be able to gather with other travelers within the hotel.

No internet in the room during my stay: the server was broken and was not repaired during 5 days. Very inconvenient when you are there for business. Also all TV channels are in German, no international TV channles. And too far from the train station.

Besides the price for the room you are also charged for the parking. There is no restaurant in the hotel.

The hotel offers great value for money, providing good prices for the comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. The attention to detail is evident in their clean and well-presented rooms, with very comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant stay.

All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

I had booked via my credit card. Went to reception the following morning and handed in my "keys". Asked if everything was settled for the two rooms I had booked. Was told everything was OK. Later during the day I received 3 telephone calls - that I had left without paying !
